Here you will see a more detailed fitness program tailored to your fitness needs designed by your online trainer. If you are unsure about a particular exercise, position your mouse on the exercise and click to see a visual animation demonstration. Look out for the instructions (to give you a clear indication of what you are working my-itrainer.com team have also highlighted the muscle group so you know which area of the body you are working, isn’t that great!).
