This is a fantastic exercise for toning the legs and butt. Extend 1 leg behind you and pop back heel off the floor. Make sure the front leg, the knee is over ankle and the back leg the knee is in line with the hip. Lower your body down and then drive up with core on tight, using the strength of the front leg.
